I have been using this online pseudonym for many years over many sites.  I have never make it a secret that this name and my IRL name are linked, but I also never stated that they are either.  Who knew that a random name chosen at CompuServ and Yahoo (compugeek5) would morph into this online identity?

I may blog about important things, or not.  I may write about some things that are socially inappropriate like religion and politics.  I may type out a treatise on why copper hard-wired networks are inherently more secure than Wi-Fi-based networks, and how easy it is to hack either.  Then again, I may just take the easy way out and tell you about my day and what I ate for lunch.  I may get all medical on you and share some of my wife's difficulties since she was attacked by two pit bulls while babysitting at a friend's house; or, I'll just lay out our shopping list for the week.  Who knows.

If I do post, it'll probably be intermittent / sporadic ramblings.  Too bad.
